The IGBT Chip Manufacturing Team of CRRC Times Semiconductor Company has
been bestowed with the distinguished honor of receiving the prestigious
"National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post" title in the
2023 assessment results, which were recently announced.
The team is responsible for the production of the
first domestically manufactured 8-inch IGBT chip production line. Currently,
there are 201 employees in the team, with 196 of them being under the age of
35, accounting for 98% of the workforce. The team has been bestowed with
various honorable titles, including the "National Trustworthy Quality
Team," "CRRC Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post," and
"National Exemplary Women's Civilization Post."
The team is dedicated to the goals of prioritizing safety, promoting
production, and setting an example as young role models. They have been
focusing on fundamental safety management, strengthening safety awareness,
advancing the digitalization of safety production information within the team, and
implementing standardized safety production practices. They have also been advancing
the "Three Excellence" initiatives, fully harnessing the role of
young employees as "sentries" in safety production. Furthermore, they
have established a comprehensive safety training mechanism, innovated on safety
training methods, and enhanced the safety skills of all team members. By
establishing a safety risk map and organizing themed group activities, they
have achieved an impressive record of having zero safety production incidents
for 3,740 consecutive days, fostering an organizational environment that
encourages young individuals to earnestly acquire skills and take on
responsibilities.
Since the national youth safety production demonstration post creation
campaign was launched, youth organizations within the company have actively
mobilized grassroots youth groups to earnestly study and implement General
Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on production safety. By focusing on safety
awareness education, skills enhancement, team building, and supervision,
combined with activities such as Safety Month and Fire Safety Awareness Month,
they have conducted themed group activities, knowledge training, and hidden
danger inspections related to production safety. With strengthened safety
awareness, improved skills, standardized operations, and active participation
in supervision, the young people continue to contribute to a high level of
safety and quality development.
